Annapolis, Maryland
Our hometown is best known as home to the United States Naval Academy and as Maryland’s State Capital. Located on the shores of the Chesapeake Bay, Annapolis is also America’s Sailing Capital.
At 705 Melvin Avenue, we’re just across Rowe Boulevard from the Navy-Marine Corps Stadium and little more than a mile from Main Street, Church Circle, the State House and the heart of Annapolis’ historic downtown.
Baltimore’s Inner Harbor is just 20 miles to the north. Washington D.C. is less than 30 miles west. And it’s a short 10 mile drive over to Maryland’s scenic Eastern Shore.
You may even find several sailboats docked not 300 yards from our front door.
Washington, D.C. Metro Area
Our newly-renovated offices are located on the seventh floor of the Air Rights Building on Montgomery Avenue in the heart of thriving Bethesda. It’s a short walk to restaurants and shopping. And just two blocks to a Metro Red Line station for a quick commute into downtown Washington, D.C. or out to Rockville.
Drive ten minutes south down Wisconsin Avenue and you’ll find the heart of the nation’s capital, Dupont Circle and Georgetown. And quick entry to the Beltway expressway is less than two miles north.
