Director, Production Services

Ready to Inspire Actions that Matter? Crosby Marketing, one of the nation’s leading independent communications firms, seeks a Director of Production Services who is an excellent communicator and team player with outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.  We’re looking for someone with high energy who will be responsible for managing all aspects of production and leading team members toward the highest levels of quality and efficiency. You will work closely with the Executive Creative Director, Director of Operations, and account teams to assess needs and manage resources through all phases of creative development.


  • Serve as liaison between account and creative teams to plan production and delivery of creative campaigns and programs, from concept development through final execution
  • Work collaboratively with account and creative teams to develop detailed schedules for creative campaigns and programs
  • Develop labor and outside cost estimates for multimedia, broadcast, digital, and social media projects
  • Establish and manage relationships with vendors
  • Serve as agency producer in collaboration with the Director of Multimedia Production, including project management, scheduling, budgeting, crew selection, VO casting, licensing, contract management, and coordination with talent agents
  • Manage 508 compliance for document remediation and multimedia accessibility
  • Oversee purchasing and cataloging of stock photography, footage, and audio licensing and subscriptions
  • Issue purchase orders, review, and reconcile invoices
  • Maintain production knowledge by keeping current with industry developments
  • Supervise Associate Production Manager

We’re looking for candidates with these qualifications:

  • 10-12 years of production management in an agency or corporate creative department
  • Proven ability to manage production of large-scale campaigns
  • Strong understanding of the broadcast/video production process and file formats
  • First-rate problem-solving and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Prior experience using project management tools (Basecamp, Monday.com, etc.) a plus
