Victoria Child, MBA

SVP, Senior Strategist

A research-driven marketing leader, Victoria specializes in using analytics and insights to fuel innovative branding and communications strategies for mission-driven nonprofits, corporations, and federal government agencies. Her expert use of behavioral and organizational change methodologies and user-centered planning helps take client programs from idea to implementation with greater results.

Victoria plays a lead strategist role on Crosby’s work for the Department of Defense Military OneSource program, which deploys a wide array of digital-first outreach and engagement efforts to support the health, wellness and readiness of service members and their families across the globe.

Prior to joining Crosby, Victoria served as Vice President of Strategy at United Way Worldwide, and Strategy Director at Abt Associates. She also was an Account Director at Wunderman for more than ten years. In these roles, she led behavior change focused work for clients including Weight Watchers, GSK’s Smoking Control Portfolio (Nicorette, NicoDermCQ and Commit Lozenge), and for USAID health and environment focused outreach efforts in Latin America and Africa. She is bi-lingual (Spanish/English) with experience in cross-cultural program development and execution.

Victoria received an MBA in Marketing from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Spanish from Michigan State University. She lives near Bethesda, MD with her husband and two children. In addition to watching her kids sporting events, she enjoys hiking and cooking.
