Crosby Wins Three PRSA ‘Thoth’ Awards for Organ Donation Campaign

LogoA_OLCrosby Marketing Communications received three Thoth awards for its work for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) at a recent event sponsored by the Public Relations Society of America’s National Capital Chapter in Washington, D.C. Crosby received:

First Place in Brochures for HRSA’s “General Donation Information Card,” which explains organ donation and transplantation basics and communicates how one donor can save up to eight lives.

First place in External Videos for HRSA’s animated “Organ Donation and Transplantation: How Does It Work?” video, which informs viewers about the process of organ donation and transplantation.

A Certificate of Excellence in Social Media: Advocacy for HRSA’s Facebook Shareable Graphic Campaign, designed to inspire more people in the U.S. to register as organ donors. It provides users with compelling and highly engaging graphics to share with their friends and produced over 60,000 new likes to the organdonor.gov Facebook page.

Presented annually, PRSA’s Thoth awards pay tribute to talent and innovation in public relations and communications programs in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area.
