Crosby Named a Washington Post ‘Top Workplace’ for 9 Straight Years

For the ninth consecutive year, Crosby Marketing Communications has been named a “Top Workplace” by The Washington Post. The award recognizes Crosby as one of the region’s best places to work based on high levels of employee satisfaction.

The Top Workplace award is based solely on an anonymous employee survey conducted by the national consulting firm Energage, LLC. The survey measures how well organizations maintain an employee-affirming culture, achieve high employee engagement and satisfaction, and communicate a clear and compelling company vision.

“It is a tremendous honor to be named a Top Workplace for the ninth straight year,” said President and CEO Raymond Crosby. “We are fortunate to have an amazing staff who deeply cares about our clients and a culture that rewards personal growth and teamwork. This is reflected in the fact that the average tenure of our staff members is about 10 years.”
