Raymond Crosby Named to Anne Arundel Chamber Business Hall of Fame

10.15.2026

Raymond Crosby, CEO of Crosby Marketing Communications, has been named to the Anne Arundel County Chamber of Commerce’s 2026 Business Hall of Fame Class in recognition of his professional accomplishments, leadership and commitment to the community.

The Business Hall of Fame recognizes respected leaders who have made significant contributions to the business community while demonstrating a strong commitment to corporate citizenship and community service in the region.

For more than 30 years, Raymond has helped shape Crosby into one of the nation’s leading integrated communications firms, carrying forward the legacy of his father, Ralph Crosby, who founded the company more than 50 years ago. Under Raymond’s leadership, Crosby has grown into a nationally recognized firm with offices in Annapolis and Washington, D.C., driven by its purpose of Inspiring Actions That Matter™ and helping clients motivate positive action that benefits individuals, families and society.

Today, Crosby serves clients including DAV (Disabled American Veterans), USAA Educational Foundation, Shriners Children’s, the Peace Corps, the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The firm has earned numerous industry honors and has been recognized as a Washington Post Top Workplace for 10 years.

Raymond has also fostered a strong culture of community engagement at Crosby. Since 2015, the firm has contributed more than $3.5 million to charitable causes through donations, sponsorships and giving. Its ongoing efforts include annual support of the Anne Arundel County Food Bank’s Summer Challenge, which this year helped raise more than $250,000 to fight local food insecurity, and the Crosby Marketing Scholars Program, established with Anne Arundel Community College in 2022 to create greater opportunities for students of all backgrounds to pursue careers in advertising and public relations.

“I’m honored to be inducted into this year’s Business Hall of Fame and to be recognized alongside such an accomplished group of leaders,” said Raymond Crosby. “At Crosby, we’ve always believed in doing meaningful work for our clients while giving back to the communities we serve. I’m incredibly proud of our team and the positive impact we make together.”

Raymond is one of only four leaders named to the Chamber’s 2026 Business Hall of Fame class.

Crosby provides integrated advertising, public relations, social media, and digital marketing services through specialized practices in Healthcare, Government, Nonprofits & Causes, and Military & Veterans. The firm ranks #31 on O’Dwyer’s ranking of PR firms, #2 for Nonprofits, and #12 for Healthcare, as well as #10 on GrowthLab’s list of Top 100 firms serving the federal government. Crosby has also been named as a Top Workplace for ten consecutive years.
