Crosby Marketing Communications has won five first-place awards in the 2024 Best in Maryland competition held by the Maryland Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America.
The Best in Maryland Awards are presented annually to honor public relations practitioners who, in the judgment of their peers, have successfully addressed a communications challenge with exemplary professional skill, creativity and resourcefulness. Crosby was honored for these programs:
- “Bold Invitation” integrated marketing campaign that inspired diverse new audiences to discover how they can volunteer with the Peace Corps and serve a greater purpose in the world.
- “Bold Invitation” video, the centerpiece of the Peace Corps’ recruitment campaign, which showcased its unique immersive and collaborative approach to international development and passionate network of Volunteers who serve boldly across the globe.
- “Victories for Veterans PSAs,” a national awareness campaign for DAV (Disabled American Veterans), a leading veterans service organization, that features inspiring stories of veterans who have overcome challenges with the support of DAV.
- U.S. Preventive Services Taskforce media relations campaign promoting a new national recommendation on screening for breast cancer, including a full suite of media materials and press activities.
- The USAA Educational Foundation website, a comprehensive resource that helps members of the military community make smarter money decisions leading to financial success and freedom.
