Crosby Named ‘Small Agency of the Year’ by PRovoke Media; Award Honors Top PR Firms in North America


Crosby Marketing Communications has been named the 2021 North America Small PR Agency of the Year by PRovoke Media. PRovoke’s annual Agency of the Year honors are considered a leading benchmark of PR firm performance.

Crosby’s selection was the culmination of an extensive research process involving more than 150 entries and 50 virtual meetings with PR firms across the U.S. and Canada. Judges considered factors such as Crosby’s 22% income growth, $3 million in new business wins, and addition of 14 new staff in 2020. The firm also continued its tradition of community support, donating $320,000 to local food banks and charities, and bolstered its diversity and inclusion efforts with training for all employees.
