Amy has more than 18 years of marketing communications experience working with leading nonprofit organizations and federal government agencies. She has served as the project lead for national public education, PSA and behavior change campaigns for clients including DAV (Disabled American Veterans), USDA, Veterans Health Administration, EPA’s ENERGY STAR program, and United States Conference of Catholic Bishops.
She is an expert at implementing complex integrated marketing campaigns involving branding, partnership development and support, paid and earned media, and digital and social media strategies. Many of her client campaigns have won prestigious awards, including PRSA’s National Silver and Bronze Anvil, Webby Awards, and PRWeek’s Public Sector Campaign of the Year.
As Vice President, Director of Integration Management, Amy leads Crosby’s team of integration managers who oversee the planning and execution of fully integrated marketing programs. She helps establish agency-wide best practices to foster collaborative relationships with clients and streamline processes that optimize efficiency and overall campaign results.
Amy holds an M.B.A. from The Johns Hopkins University and a B.A in Journalism from the University of Maryland, College Park. Her husband is a U.S. Army veteran, and her father is a U.S. Navy veteran, and she supports a variety of veteran causes.
