Edward Farley

EVP, Senior Strategist

Ed brings strong purpose and three decades of experience as a transformational brand marketing and business growth strategist to help Crosby clients thrive. He has developed comprehensive brand experience strategies and performance-driven marketing programs for leading national and global organizations in the health care, nonprofit, consumer package goods, and financial services sectors.

Ed leads Crosby teams in developing enterprise brand planning, integrated marketing, and strategic partnership/sponsorship programs, having worked with some of the world’s leading sports and entertainment properties.

Prior to joining Crosby, Ed was the Vice President of Brand & Creative Services for Edelman Financial Services, an industry-leading financial planning and advisory firm. He also has served as the Vice President of Marketing & Brand Strategy for United Way Worldwide; Director of Corporate Brand Strategy and Advertising for Humana; and held several brand leadership roles across the international and corporate marketing divisions during his 17 years at Anheuser-Busch. He began his career in media planning at DDB Worldwide.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in international relations from Michigan State University. He is also a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Strategic Marketing Management Executive Education program and Northwestern University’s Institute of Advanced Advertising Studies’ program in partnership with the American Association of Advertising Agencies.

Ed is married with one son, fluent in Portuguese, and enjoys Latin American music and cooking. He is an avid weekend tennis player and Big Ten Conference sports fan.
